Making the Most of Your Time - April 23, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
This workshop will aid participants in prioritizing and organizing their tasks, handling interruptions, and overcoming procrastination to reduce wasted time. Participants will also learn to plan activities to optimize focus and energy and tap into the benefits of contingency planning.

The Innovation Formula for Success - May 8, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
In the rapidly changing workplace there is constant need to develop and implement lasting solutions. This workshop will cover the interrelationships of creativity, risk taking, and innovation and the benefits of innovation.  Participants will leave with an understanding of the drivers of innovation and ways to utilize these drivers to be more innovative when addressing challenges.

Bouncing Back During Times of Stress and Change - May 22, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Stress and change are inevitable in the workplace. This interactive workshop will address positive ways to handle stressful situations and increase personal resiliency. Participants will also leave with an understanding of the nature of change and ways to smoothly transition during workplace changes.

Presenter Bio: Diane Decker, principal with Quality Transitions, has been facilitating groups for more than 20 years. Diane is skilled at engaging the talents and knowledge of all participants. She is the author of First-Job Survival Guide.

If a workshop must be canceled by Dominican University, you will be notified via email and your money will be fully refunded. Cancellations by registrants must be received by email to seven days prior to the workshop date in order for registrant to receive the maximum refund of 70 percent.
